I am extremely appalled to see such mean behaviour of the reception staff towards a patient who could be suffering from a serious illness. I beleive you should be showing compassion and at least have a listening ear for the patient who come to the reception because everyone comes to the doctor when in a dier need. I must say the reception staff should be trained to listen to the patients and help them at all times. I hope you would take action against this. Thanks

Had an issue with getting a follow up appointment, spoke to manager who said she was going to do an audit and put some actions in place. Next time i visited the GP booked my follow-up without any questions asked so looks like thing worked after the actions put in place by the manager.

Excellent service from the receptionist who took my call - very reassuring and rang back to update me, booked me an appointment for the following morning. The GP was very thorough and discussed my symptoms with me. Gave me time and respect

Changes medication dosage on repeat prescription with no consultation, no examination and no medication review with the patient. Hospital letters all state the dosage the patient should be having. No face to face appointments and a ridiculous wait for a phone back. Avoid!

Impossible to get through on the phone and once lucky engough to get phone appointment Doctor lives on another planet who doesn't care to read any note or history and even suggested on the phone what ever patient say it doesn't make any difference to them.

I am sorry to hear about your recent experience, please could you contact the practice and discuss your concerns with our admin lead and we can look at solutions.
