    I was able to make an appointment by ringing at 8 am and only waiting a short time to speak to a receptionist who was kind and helpful. The doctor was very helpful and made me feel valued. This is always the case at this practice. Reception staff, nurses and doctors are all caring and helpful.

    Fortunately I have not often had cause to trouble the practice but when needed I have found them to be extremely efficient and professional. In this current climate of underfunding, staff shortages and continuing troubles caused by the pandemic I think this should be commended. Well done.

    I had to contact my GP recently and although it wasn't easy getting through on the phone I do know that the Practice have recently changed their phone system which does make things easier. The reception staff are caring, friendly and helpful. A telephone consultation was arranged and the GP phoned me to discuss the problem. A Prescription was sent to my nominated Pharmacy and i received the necessary treatment later the same day.

    Dear Trish, Thank-you for taking the time to post your review. We are really pleased to hear that your problem was dealt with efficiently. We do try our best and we are hoping that the new telephone system makes getting through to the surgery much easier for our patients. We have to be honest and say the system has had teething problems but hopefully these will resolve quickly. We will share your feedback with all the staff and once again thank-you for your comments.
