covid has now finished but they hide behind telephone calls and won’t see patients it seems. All the doctors seem to do is call back and fob you off. I feel they need to realise that the Doctors are there to see patients?

Dear Mr Probert “Telephone triage is an important aspect to our efforts to ensure that we provide effective and efficient care for our patients. It allows us to prioritise urgent needs and ensure that those patients are treated safely and in a timely manner. Patients are always seen in person when clinically necessary. Many people, particularly those who are working, greatly appreciate the convenience of telephone consultations. If you wish to discuss this further please contact the surgery and ask for the practice manager.

  2. Review titled Atrocious Practice

Dismal, unprofessional and dismissive Surgery. Attitude issues filtering from the senior practice partner to the reception staff. Have subsequently left. The difference between my new surgery and Redlam is vast. Dealing with poorly patients with contempt and disdain is absolutely disgraceful. This surgery should be investigated and closed…or overhauled, from the top to the bottom.
