    My son and I came to see the paramedic practitioner today and I want to share that his approach, friendliness, words of support and advice were a breath of fresh air. He was encouraging and understanding and is a wonderful people person. My son, who gets anxious in medical appointments and is autistic, was put at ease straight away, felt listened to and understood and after leaving commented on what a nice person he is and hopes he sees him again whenever he next has to come for an appointment. A huge thank you to the practitioner for taking the time to listen, being down to earth and human! I also want to say thank you for how easy it is to make appointments at your practice. I have friends who complain they can’t get appointments when needed at different practices and I’m so pleased to say that has never been an issue for me or my family and I always recommend your service.

    I had a fibromyalgia flare up and was in a lot of pain, i used the e-consult facility on the MyGP app to request advice, I was phoned back by a clinician within an hour for assessment and was invited to attend clinic for a face to face assessment later the same day. Always an outstanding service, I have never struggled to get an appointment and the app makes it extremely easy and quick, the staff are helpful and clinicians are all brilliant.

    Both times I've needed help from the GP since registering everyone has been so helpful and gone the extra mile. The doctors and nurses always take concerns seriously and listen to what you tell them. The reception staff were so helpful when some paperwork I needed hadn't been signed by a doctor - despite being really busy they went and sorted the problem there and then for me which I really appreciated.
