Can't get an appointment, been trying for over a month. There is no available slots ever, and the 3rd party service they use to book appointments has never ever worked for me. I have tried to use it upwards of a dozen times and it has been unavailable every single time, over the spot of weeks and weeks.

The DRs here are okay but it's actually impossible to get seen. They done put appointment time slots on the patient access app, you're no longer able to phone up for an appointment and are meant to use a website.. this website is basically always 'temporarily unavailable'. You can not get an appointment here. People's health is constantly undermined.

Thank you to all staff at Parkgate Surgery for all of your help, always happy to help and the GPs excellent. Been here for years never had a problem.
