I have been poorly for about a week, being a teacher I can't always make or attend appointments. I took the day off after losing my voice and went to the practice at 3pm. I got an appointment with the duty doctor within half an hour due to the amazing receptionist realising how unwell I was and phoning him. I got sorted within 15 minutes and now have the medication I need. I've never been turned away even when appointments have ran out at 8am. Thanks for all your help.

go above and beyond. helpful, supportive, don't cause unessary stress. g.p's all great easy to talk to, all office staff wonderful, excellent phone system. repeat prescription staff amazing even when under pressure and busy. been a patient here for 25 plus years and wouldn't dream of leaving.

Joined a queue of 22 on the phone.Told Surgery would phone back,which they duly did within 10 minutes. Appointment with Doctor obtained within 2 hours. Superb service. Well done all in these difficult times.

There is so much bad press regarding the NHS, yet I have only experienced excellent service from My GP practice. Without the service of this practice, I do not think I would be alive today. Many, many thanks for all the kind, professional service and care shown to me, and I would like to wish you all a very merry Christmas and happy New Year
