Arrived at 11am. Was called in within 30 mins to explain problem, took less than 5 mins. Waited until 2pm and asked staff member if waiting time was over 3 hours, she took my name and never came back with an answer. Waited again until another nurse came out and again gave my name in and was told I’d been taken off. She then went on to say my name must have been called and I’d not heard it. I never left the reception area at all not even to use the toilet, so believe the mistake on their part was to blame me. I have never been in any situation where I have failed to hear my name as I’m not hard of hearing. I eventually left the premises without being seen as I had lost faith in those who were meant to help. I can however commend the reception staff who acted appropriately and professionally. Sadly behind the scenes ( medical staff) appears to be in need of supervision.Will avoid this centre completely.

I had an issue with ingrown toe nails and could barely walk I called up before hand so they knew my issue. I waited for 6 hours before I decided I’d had enough and walked out.

From the receptionist to the doctors everyone was so nice and understanding. I left feeling reassured and happy with the treatment given. Lovely people. I wish though that the people waiting to see a doctor would have more patience's. No need for the carrying on out off them . Were lucky we have this type of service God knows were we would be without it. Thank you for caring.

I attend drop in centre at Kirkby today with my husband and was very pleased with the staff and how we were treated yes we had a a good experience reassured and satisfied with our visit

Waiting for over 4 hours with a 5 year old in 34° even tho they advised it was only a 2 and half hour wait. Several people with issues the same or not as serious been seen to first and asked at 3 hours where she was in queue was 4th asked again at 4 hours and with 6th. 15 to 25 minutes between call times. Alot of staff went on lunch at same time. Not until after being there for 3 hours they then asked if anyone would like a water with the heat.
