   Prompt friendly and excellent attention.I experienced a non crowded waiting room followed by a prompt call to a procedure room where friendly nurses put me at ease and the Surgeon was also very approachable.The procedure was carried out painlessly and I felt no discomfort. The nurses made sure my wound was suitably dressed and gave me wound care advice and what to expect with suture removal.All in all an encouraging experience.
