    I was delayed and rang to inform - reception said the dr would be informed and he may still see me. I came knowing this may not be possible. Was checked in and Sat upset. I was asked in pretty soon even though I was 30 mins late for my appt. Skin condition diagnosed and treatment explained within minutes. I asked for an advice on a chronic scalp problem and was given a plan and a diagnosis even though not referred for. Wonderful!

    I have visited the Worthing Laser & Skin Clinic twice as an NHS patient and have always found the service to be excellent in all respects, and will be visiting again in a month with no fears.

    I'm sure that the private patients of Worthing Laser & Skin have an excellent experience with the services offered. I went as an urgent NHS referral but it felt like 'wham bang thank you...' I was in and out in no time and was told "the results of your biopsy will be in 2-3 months" was communicated during the procedure. After the nurse had completed her tasks I turned to speak to the consultant - but he had gone, didn't even say goodbye. So much for the questions I had. I can only hope the NHS has got a fantastic deal with WL&S because if this was one of my service providers I might have more serious questions
