    Availability of appointment to suit my schedule great. Staff very thorough and friendly in their service. Nice glasses and eye care. Great informative and helpful branch manager with an aim to please. Highly recommend. Satisfied customer .

    Referred by Gp for hearing test waited 6wks went for test Hearing Aids fitted same day 6 days later they stopped working rang for appt they refused said they would send new tubes waited 8 days then l received 10 packs of batteries rang again asked for appt no they will send tubes gave up threw hearing aids in bin disgusting duty of care

    In August this year purchased digital hearing aids for my dad through the company. When they arrived one aid would not charge and therefore had to be returned to the manufacturer. I was told I would be contacted once it returned. I phoned a couple of times to check as then a month later and no update. I was firstly told it wasn’t back then it was but nobody had contacted me to pick up. Total confusion and mixed messages from staff. I had the hearing aid collected. When changing the battery I found it difficult. It is usually a simple process. Now another month on I have changed the battery with difficulty and think part of the old battery is stuck in the aid. I have called the shop and again as is my usual experience staff are really unhelpful. No manager in store today and no support in getting help to sort the problem. I live in London so have limited opportunities to sort issues in Birmingham. Would another branch offer better support/ service? At a loss where to turn to
