Came to have a hip replacement in January 2023, everyone was lovely and the surgeon (who I'm not allowed to name in the review :( ) was first class. I was a big baby! And everyone calmed me down. Thanks too to the physio lads, very patient with me, even when I tried walking with my crutches back to front :) thanks again

Admitted for right hip total replacement on 29/1/23. From going in at 7am to leaving at 5.45pm the next day I received first class treatment My thanks go to consultant and his team who carried out the operation in a very professional and caring manner. Thanks also to the staff on the ward from cleaners, kitchen staff, nurses, doctors and reception. They all made me feel safe and secure. The nurses who looked after me during my stay In my opinion went above and beyond in making my stay the best possible. They answered my questions fully and in terms which were easy for me to understand. Nothing was too much trouble. They are a credit to Park Hill and their profession! I would highly recommend Park Hill to anyone seeking top quality medical services.

Thanks also to the staff on the ward from cleaners, kitchen staff, nurses, doctors and reception. They all made me feel safe and secure. I would, however, like to give a special mention to the nurse who looked after me during the day and escorted me to my transport home. In my opinion she went above and beyond in making my stay the best possible. She answered any of my questions fully and in terms which were easy for me to understand. Nothing was too much trouble. She is a credit to Park Hill and her profession! I would highly recommend Park Hill to anyone seeking top quality medical services.

I booked privately and have had nothing but problems, appointment after appointment was cancelled including due to a nurse calling in sick, surely a private hospital has more than one nurse! Finally had an appointment they kept, and had a biopsy of which 10 weeks and numerous phone calls later I am still waiting for the results. This is a disgusting service and really wish I’d have saved my money and gone elsewhere. The hospital facilities themselves are quite old and basic and in much need of updating but it is the poor service and communication I have an issue with. Needless to say I will not be going back here.
