On arrival for surgery was warmly welcomed by reception and immediately handed over to the ward. Again met by friendly staff, the consultant and had everything explained to me a left fully reassured about the day. The matter of what I wanted for post operation food and my evening were dealt with, an excellent choice available. At all time the staff were efficient and friendly making sure I was both happy and comfortable. The operation went as could be expected and was impressed by the immediate post operation treatment. The food supplied was brilliant, well prepared and very tasty , Cannot fault how well the overnight care was administered , again attentive caring staff who made every effort to make me comfortable. The physiotherapy staff went out of their way to get me back mobile and making sure I was fully aware of how to use my walking aids prior to discharge . Overall an excellent experience of Euxton Hall Hospital

I have yet to have my surgery but felt like I needed to praise this place. I am riddled with anxiety about my operation however after hounding the young man on the phone in pre op (who is so fun and calming to talk to) and after seeing the triage nurse I think it was, my nerves have settled right down. I hope the rest of the staff I deal with along the way are this helpful and friendly. I would pay for this experience if I could, I've never been so excited about visiting an hospital knowing that I'll be dealt with with care and attention. Thank you so much.

After a left hip replacment last year I had my right hip done this month. Very efficient staff and great surgeons cannot fault them. I am recovery well and excellent follow up for some minor issues. Very caring staff.

Recently visited the hospital for two separate appointments. Despite sending out letters requesting details for xrays or scans recently carried out feedback was not actioned and I turned up to find xrays and mri reports had not been chased up. I turned up for both consultants to find their respective administrators had not obtained relevant scans or reports. I had even offered to forward via email a pdf report before the appointment but was told it wasnt necessary. A delay followed until the xray was downloaded. I also had to show one consultant my pdf result on my phone.
