    Easy to access at Asda Cribbs Causeway. Superb facilities and efficient welcoming staff. Everyone was very helpful and explained the CT procedure clearly and patiently.

    Very happy with my MRI scan today. Welcomed by staff, clear explanations given, reassurance provided thoughtfully and appointment on time. I was very apprehensive before the appointment but found it to be positive due to the support of the staff.

    Was referred by my GP for an ultrasound for a suspected hernia, which is causing significant pain. Two weeks after seeing the GP, I received a letter from InHealth asking me to book an appointment. Spoke to a representative who said they'd got my referral but they didn't have any appointments and I should call back in a few days. I called a week later and it was the same story. I then received a letter saying I hadn't booked an appointment and I must do so to avoid losing my referral. For the third time I called and was told this letter was automated and there are still no appointments so I'd have to call back. Today (now 6 weeks after seeing the GP) I received another reminder letter, so I called for the fourth time. The representative said there's still no appointments and they had no idea when they'd come through so I'd be better off going private and paying for it. If I knew this was the case, I would have investigated private alternatives 6 weeks ago.

    Attending the Ipswich Inhealth clinic was extremely easy and the staff were knowledge, friendly and welcoming. The whole procedure was completed really well. A biopsy was taken and sent for testing with the result expected in 2-3 weeks. Unfortunately due to long staff sickness at the clinic a month later and no-one qualified has been able to complete the biopsy and it is not know when it will be done leaving me waiting long for a treatment plan. Overall a clean and friendly clinic but certainly needing more funding towards the biopsy staff.

    I attended the Peterborough unit for a colonoscopy recently. I was nervous but found the receptionist, nurses and endoscopist to be reassuring and clear in their instructions. The procedure is not pleasant but they made it as quick and professional as they could.

    The staff at the mobile unit were friendly, caring and professional, and made an uncomfortable procedure as comfortable as possible. However, I can’t see why, in 2024, it’s necessary to give one’s first line of address and date of birth to confirm identity. This was in an open waiting area, with others within earshot, and was an invasion of privacy. Unfortunately this left a negative feel about this experience.

    Unfortunately had terrible experience during gastroscopy, unpleasant staff members, specially the nurse helping the endoscopist, she sprayed in my eye instead of nose and even didn't offer a tissue to clean myself, instead told me off for moving my head to quickly after first spray and said now I'm only have 2 sprays not 3. I had gastroscopy several times before never ever expierenced that bad procedure than at their settings.

    Whasnt sure what to expect on a old January morning at 07.30 but was met by a friendly team and my procedure was carried out by caring professionals and even became a pleasant experience.later they gave meatball and biscuits and a full summary of my tests and comforting words.

    I just wanted to leave some feedback after a MRI scan this evening in one of the inhealth mobile units. The two operatives were friendly and welcoming, I was put at ease straight away and was kept informed throughout the scan. I don't think anyone enjoys having a MRI scan but I can honestly say the experience couldn't have been any better than it was, thank you.
