First class service cannot praise enough, outstanding service, highly recommend. Nothing was too much trouble all questions answered, all the staff from the surgeon to the cleaning staff where first class.

I was pleasantly surprised when I first visited the One Health Group in Sheffield, the place was more like a hotel than a hospital. Staff were friendly and polite and the building was clean and free hot drinks from the vending machine was an added bonus. The care I received when it was my operation was what can only be described as excellent. I was processed in a timely manner and was discharged with all the information I needed before the end of the day. Plenty of parking spaces with no charge is an added bonus, and it was a shame in some ways my operation didn’t require a longer stay at the hospital. My check up 6 weeks later was a prompt affair and again I was treated very well by all members of staff I encounter. I would happily return to use the One Health Group again

The staff at Thornbury were professional,polite and explained everything what would happen which made me feel at ease. The aftercare was also excellent. I would rate the whole experience as 5 star.

Thankful to be referred by my GP (nhs) to One Health and the service and support has been amazing. Great people and my consultant is so lovely, he listens and explains everything clearly.

All went well with plenty of information and fantastic theatre staff. The only drawback was being last which meant a long day without food and even water, if you knew where you were in the queue at least a drink of water would be ok.

I had a consultation for dupuytrens contracture in September 2023 with the consultant in Sheffield and was told I would be put on the list for an operation. This took place at the Kinvara Hospital through the NHS on the 15th December 2023. The surgeon and the anaesthetist were both excellent and kept talking to me through the procedure. All of the staff at the hospital were efficient and caring. I would have no hesitation in recommending the One Health group to anyone who would be able to access their services.

I attended the surgery at Ossett for a steroid injection. I was seen, on time. Everything was explained. I was offered a female chaperone. The two male technicians were very friendly but professional as was the Doctor who carried out the procedure. This follow up was carried out by another equally pleasant member of staff.
