   They don't listen to patients,talk down to patients and use horrible pet names like sweetie,have patients letting anyone into the centre. So on 1 March remind them need an stitch taking out, got told no it be done next week. Tryed explained no the hospital said 3 weeks, they tried to call me am liar. Have had line befor and stiches was taken out at 3 weeks also. They don't care what the patient says. Don't like the place in general, but the hospital just send you.
