    Customer service used to be good. They introduced a new phone system recently and since then it has been atrocious. We have medication delivered, and have to contact them the day before or on the day to get time of delivery. Calls are queued but apparently never answered. I was third in the queue for over two hours one afternoon before giving up. I've been first in the queue for over an hour so far this morning with no answer yet. If you are in the queue when the office closes you're just left in the queue - no indication that the office is closed, I presume you stay in the queue until the next morning when they start not answering again. I need to arrange to have someone available to open the door, but it's now apparently impossible to find when it will be delivered.

    A caring company that communicates clearly with patients and delivers home care products on time. I am on fortnightly self administered injections of Rapatha which are delivered to my home with instructions for storage and use. An accurate record for organising the next delivery is made and I am phoned the week before to ensure I am at home to receive the delivery. The telephone operators are very ,helpful and sort out any problems I encounter. I will recommend the service to colleagues friends and relatives.
