I've just had an appointment at the fallowfield clinic for a coil fitting with the Nurse I think her name was Darelle. She was lovely and made feel comfortable. It was done quicker than I expected, reassured me through the fitting and the pain wasn't bad at all! Thank you Darelle,

I had treatment at this clinic and they were amazing, no judgement and lovely staff from pre treatment to post treatment. I would recommend them to anyone and anyone who is worried the nurses make you feel so at ease. Thank you again x

I was made to feel so comfortable. The staff were amazing through out and so reassuring. A big weight has been lifted of my shoulders. Can't thank this place enough!

I was extremely anxious walking into this appointment for a surgical abortion. After discovering I was pregnant at an unrelated urgent care visit, I immediately went onto the MSI website to book a consultation. Within a few days, I had a phone call to go over my preferences and medical history. Only four days after that, I had my pre-assessment. Despite me having an early pregnancy, around 6 weeks when I found out, I insisted on a surgical abortion due to my home situation. They were completely understanding and supportive. I had a scan, which you do not have to see if you do not want to, and I was booked in at MSI Manchester for two weeks later. As soon as I arrived, the staff were so accommodating and caring. Unfortunately, I didn't react too well to the cervix softening medication and had to press the emergency call button as I collapsed in the bathroom floor. Thankfully the staff took care of me, took me in a wheelchair to another room, checked my blood pressure etc, and gave me a hot water bottle which honestly was the only thing keeping me going at that point. The wait wasn't too long after this, about 15 minutes, and as soon as I was in the operation room I felt at ease. For me, all I remember was the cannula going in and breathing deeply, then suddenly it was over. The pain was gone. I had an implant put in at the same time. I had no recollection of the entire procedure despite only having sedation. I was taken to another room to be monitored for an hour. I had a brew, which was amazing since I hadn't ate or drank all day in preparation. I was talked through all the aftercare, antibiotics, and given numbers to call in case I had any concerns. I hope I never have to experience this again, but I cannot thank the staff enough for taking care of me.
