After a rather long wait for an appointment (the lady explained they were very busy due to high demand and apologised for this) I was given a phone call to go through my medical history and another to talk me through teh treatment on the same day. Staff were clearly very experienced, able to answer all of my questions and worries over the phone and explained what I would need to do if I felt things weren’t going as planned. I received my medication the day after my phone call and was able to take them at home. I was provided strong pain relief along with the abortion pills and the contraception pills to start afterwards. I was confident that if anything didn’t go as planned, I knew when to call and I was told that post treatment appointments were made if it was necessary after the pills. I was talked through the risks and had a copy of these online to refer back to, which helped my anxiety. A few weeks later I called to book in for a coil and was given an appointment for this straight away. The midwife and assistant I saw talked me through the coil fitting, offered me pain relief for the fitting and listened to my story of the abortion to make sure it was all okay to go ahead that day. I can’t fault the service at all. The staff were lovely, well trained and comforting. I would recommend the service to anyone. Be kind to their staff, they are doing a fantastic job.

I had a surgical procedure here. Overall it was positive, the receptionist staff where a bit unprofessional and they were running very behind schedule. However, the surgical team were amazing. Extremely friendly, calmed my nerves completely. I felt safe and in good hands and while it’s not something I want to do again I would feel safe returning to them.

We will ensure your feedback is shared with the Front of House/Reception team as well, to look into what we can do better. For Surgical appointments, we do advice clients to expect to be at our clinic for the whole day, as there are a few different steps to go through during the day and we do ensure each and every one of our clients on the list feel supported and properly informed about each step. We really do make our best to ensure clients visiting our clinics feel cared for, "in good hands" as you nicely put it. It makes us happy to read we made this experience feel a little easier for you.
