After suffering carpal tunnel discomfort I was assessed quickly and operated on soon after. Outcome excellent ,healed rapidly and delighted with the friendly, immensely skilled people who dealt with my problem. Couldn't be more pleased .

I attended Three Shires for a Biopsy, everyone I came into contact with was very pleasant, efficient and caring, but the I expected this, as it is what I have come to expect of any treatment I have received over the years at Three Shires Hospital.

Had back surgery and have just returned home. Everything and everyone was great apart from the lady on the front desk who was not very welcoming when I arrived yesterday and not very friendly when I left today. She spoilt what otherwise was a really great experience

I have been in this hospital ( self funding) a few times over the last 15 years for different procedures and each time have been treated with dignity and respect. Most staff from domestic upwards have been there for many years and are all very kind and helpful nothing is too much trouble and they always have time to listen and help when possible. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

After seeing a surgeon who had access to letters stating I’m allergic to latex, after charging me £200 for a consultation and £500 deposit for an operation, I was told at the pre op assessment that they do not operate on people with a latex allergy??!! What kind of a hospital is this?? They seem a total rip off to me !!

Hi, we're sorry your experience wasn't the best it could be. Unfortunately, we do not see patients who have a latex allergy due to we don't have the services available if a reaction were to occur, as we don't have an ITU. All patients are accessed prior to surgery and if they have never had diagnostics before, a full latex screening will be completed and a negative test will need to come back for any surgery to be completed. Our patients are our top priority and we hope you understand our decision. I booked for out patient appointment with a specialist, tried to swap the appointment , but called everyday for 4 days waited for more than 20 minutes, no one pick the phone. It is waste of time for the patients and waste of time for the specialist where there is no option to swap your appointment online and no way to communicate this to the reception. Poor private hospital management, that anyone can book easily online, but if need to change anything you need to wait many hours. I will not recommend to my friends or family.

I had my 6 week post surgery assessment at Three Shires Hospital, Northampton today regarding Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion. I am extremely grateful to the Orthopaedic Team, the miracle makers. The consultants were knowledgeable, understanding, informative and reliable. I felt at ease and confident receiving expert medical care from this team. They ensured I had a smooth pre op, surgery, and follow-up and have done their utmost best to deal with this surgery and I will be indebted for all the special care and a successful surgery which has given me relief and a pain free new life. I feel so blessed to have had these amazing consultants and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for back specialists.

On a short stay, just found that all member of staff, were helpful and kind. I would suspect, a very happy place to work ,and to be treated.
