I had hip replacement 6 weeks ago. The staff were brilliant, from the moment I arrived until I left 2 days later the staff could not have done more for me, they were brilliant. I can honestly say, I enjoyed my stay.

Looked after very well during my 2 nights stay, staff always available and on hand to assist, nothing was too much for them. Great aftercare and attention to detail, food was plentiful and lovely as well.

Very impressed with care pre and post operation and excellent follow up with physiotherapy which was an enormous help to my recovery. All staff very kind and considerate. All appointments on time. Food very good. When problem on day of operation when it nearly had to be postponed situation was dealt with quickly and efficiently and operation went ahead.

I have had a total hip replacement at the Chiltern Hospital (Chalfont Ward) this week and I cannot praise them highly enough. All the teams including Surgery, Anaesthetics, Nursing, Catering and Maintenance have been professional and friendly. I asked one member of staff if the change of ownership from BMI to Circle had made much difference and in what way? They said that Circle care more for the staff and it certainly shows in the way that they deliver care to the patients.
