I spoke to the Business Office this afternoon, just before 3.00 pm and spoke to an excellent, patient, and professional person, who guided me to the correct information, which has solved a longstanding problem. The operative was good humoured and conversed in a warm manner; such a change from the dry, unfriendly approach from many other establishments. A credit to St. Anthony’s Hospital and the continued care every department gives to the public

Spire St Anthony's sm3 9bj. This practice operates a parking scam along with parking awareness to trick people into getting parking tickets. Parking awareness also dont issue the fines correctly and you have no time or choice but to pay it. 6 days!! Was visiting for Therapy but decided not to go back due to the current parking scam in play. A place I went to for help ending up causing me more issues than it was worth. Thanks for nothing!

As above. I was a cardiology NHS patient. Having myself worked in both the NHS and private sector ( BUPA/Spire ), I cannot fault the care I received while in St Anthony’s. All staff, whatever their status, were friendly, polite and professional at all times. The care I received was of a high standard and the hospital itself seemed to be maintained to high standards.

i had heart surgery at spire st anthony's hospital, from the moment i was picked up to the moment i arrived home the care was Exceptional, i cant thank all the staff enough, they should all be proud of themselves, i like to say a special thanks to my surgeon and the nurses in the intensive care unit who went above and beyond, i would totaly recommend this hospital to everybody, service and care and the kindness of the staff is something eles, thank you all, and my family thanks you.

Efficient and professional handling throughout, including after a slight post op complication. Reception staff and Dressings Staff Nurse in particular were very accommodating during their period between Christmas and New Year.

I had surgery on my knee and the whole experience was stress free and as comfortable as major surgery can be. I was admitted with care, treated professionally and with great care and attention throughout. All key personnel saw me prior to and post my operation. The food for all meals was excellent. The nurses were supportive and friendly as was the physiotherapist. My experience at St Anthony's from beginning to end was better than I could have hoped for and I would unreservedly recommend the hospital to possible future patients.

I had done all the prep necessary for a lower bowel MRI and driven over 45 minutes to get to the hospital to be told that the radiographer was not coming in that day , so my appointment was cancelled . significant changes made at work /childcare to make this happen and all of that wasted .
