This was my second occasion to visit Spire Fylde Coast hospital, it was as good as expected. From reception through to discharge the care and attention to detail was second to none. I would like to thank all staff for the treatment I received.

From meeting the preoperative nurse to being discharged I was looked after amazingly well. I was visited by the surgeon and the anesthetist on the day of the operation who explained everything to me. Everyone was so nice, the care was so good and made me feel relaxed. The food was lovely. Everything was spotlessly clean.

The hospital and its staff were absolutely first class. Everything about the service provided was first class. In…job done…nice meal after…out and home, all delivered by competent, polite staff.

I was treated like an honored guest. Everyone was so caring and friendly. Even during the night shift, when I had to ring the bell several times. I wholeheartedly recommend Spire, you are in good hands.

I've had 2 appointments at this practice and both have been changed via text message both times the doctor was running late causing my partner and I to miss other appointments, staff were rude and uncaring. I wouldn't recommend this place if it was the last hospital in the world.

All the staff from entering the building to leaving were very friendly and helped to alleviate any worries I had about the procedure I was having and couldn't do enough for me

Last Friday I had bunion surgery. Want say honest thanks for all staff which looked after me from 7 o'clock in the morning until 5 pm.Everyone was brilliant,professionally did they job,great communication, everything was explained very clear.Thank you.

Got a phone call inviting me for emergency brainscan - virtually no info given me during call. App't time 18.50 Aug Bank Hol Monday. Got 2 more calls On Monday am asking me to switch time - very inconvenient, but agreed. Wish I hadn't. Incoherent or false info given before and after scan, and treated very badly by a skeleton staff who made it obvious that they didn't want to be there. Disgusting and frightening experience. If that is how they treat NHS patients, then NHS being conned out of hard-won cash. Never again!!

The reception staff are very abrupt and rude , they should learn customer services their attitude towards you is terrible . The waiting area is absolutely appalling, who ever the cleaners are , they need speaking to , the whole seating area was covered in hairs and as a really clean person this was not acceptable and I seriously could not sit down as it was that bad .

Every employee of this hospital from catering staff to consultants are extremely caring, patient and understanding can’t fault anyone or any of the facilities it’s like a five star hotel the best
