   I went in hospital for day case at 12.30 the nurse I see him once for check in then nothing I was very anxious and stressed . I never got taken for op until 6pm this was after I called on my buzzer as I’m sure I was forgotten cause a different nurse come in before op and ask if I’m waiting to go home I hadn’t even been sent for o yet .then had different nurse lovely girl who couldn’t apologise enough that I was kept informed. After op I had no information from doctor as it was late and the nurse said his gone home . I don’t know how it went when dressing needs coming off only got told I can walk on it and wait to hear from physio. Been to this hospital a number of times in the past and never had this lack of care such a shame . Iv not got follow up till May now wish never had the op so stressful
