My appointment that I waited 3 months for was cancelled by the doctor. All because the address texted to me by the clinic was incorrect, resulting in me being a few minutes late. According to the receptionist who I called for help to find the clinic, the address sent out often takes patients to the wrong place- yet this was not mentioned anywhere previous to this. Instead of waiting just a few minutes for me to follow the receptionist’s instructions to get to the correct street, the doctor cancelled the appointment resulting in me having to wait 3 more months for another appointment. Unacceptable treatment towards a patient. Will never attend this clinic again and will strongly advise others not too either. This all could have been avoided if the address provided was correct, or at least if a note had been added explaining that the address will take you a few minutes down the road and not to the actual building. And furthermore this could be avoided if doctors were trained to be more respectful and understanding.

Had a treatment for my keloids, care was exceptional honestly better than when I went private! The team were wonderful, polite and professional.

I had a great experience at this practice! I was seen by the minor surgery team and they explained how the procedure would go which made me feel calm as the doctors were incredibly friendly. Was given great aftercare advice as well!
