Unable to use the much-lauded PATCHs, and telephone calls this week bounced between recorded messages or cut off. Cannot change a pre-arranged appointment online. A shambles!

This practice has taken to the system of only offering appointments if you can get through on the phone at 8 am. As a teacher this means I have to clear time in the morning to do this and take a day off on annual leave in the off chance I can get an appointment that day. I cannot rearrange teaching sessions at the drop of a hat. It has effectively rendered it impossible to make an appointment.
