After a knee replacement at practice plus they referred me to their own physio provider. It was totally useless and a waste of time. After nearly 14 weeks of little to no progress walking I asked to be referred to MCH house and got an appointment very quickly, i had 3 appointments in quick succession and began to feel the benefit immediately. She identified my weak points, gave to small targeted exercises and within 2 weeks I am walking unaided and much more ‘normally’. The physio has been an absolute godsend and I am so grateful for her guidance. Cannot recommend them highly enough, it was also the physio’s at MCH house who identified and referred me for a new knee in the first place after my GP just dismissed my pain as mild arthritis.

Review titled Absolutely terrible phone number service

MCH really needs to improve the the the phone booking service its takes many attempts even to get through to a queue service as often said too busy and cuts you off. When I got through I held for 2hours and 1 minute to eventually in queue 1 to then be told our phone lines is now closed at pm. I was trying to cancel my Neuro Physio and rebook as my back had gone and I was too much pain to travel to Hoo and the pain killers had upset my stomach in top too. It’s ridiculous you cant even get through to let anybody know.

This practice offers good physio treatment, but to phone up to make an appointment does take days. I call mainly in the afternoon around 4 o'clock. You just cannot get through, you are on hold until you are cutoff. I have been trying to speak to someone for the past 10 days and have been only allowing 60-90mins on hold, this is not enough. You feel your life ebbing away today I managed to get through after 1hr 58 mins. I was 23 in the queue so roughly 5 minutes per person. So if like yesterday I was 35 in the queue that would be 2 hrs 55 mins on hold. I did give up yesterday at 52 minutes as it was 5 o'clock. A total disgrace, would love to live in another country. I swear it would be quicker getting seen too. Should be thankful it was only a year.

The ladies that looked after me on my daily visit to them in Rochester, for my Picc line antibiotics, I have no words really to say how amazing their team are. Apart from the fact that they are reassuring, empathetic, kind, amazing and they are worth more than gold. You're not just another person waiting to be seen, they make you feel like an individual that's noticed and cared for. I can't thank them enough for making my 2 weeks daily visits a friendly place to be. One that nerves aren't needed as they have this calmness about them that helps you relax. Thank you for looking after me and for the amazing job you all do. Keep being the lovely people you all are.

Went to have a physio assessment, the practitioner assessed me, then I was given an ultra scan and diagnosed, followed by treatment, all in one session! Amazing treatment and very caring practitioners. Thank you
