Being a tourist, i could not get any help anywhere for my medication i needed, went here and got the medication immediately without any problem about being a tourist. Good people are still out there, very thankfull!! Great service!

Went to the optician at yarnspinners whilst leaving my boy trapped his finger in the door and was bleeding and nail was hanging off no care was given not even first aid no one even had a look at the injury was told to go to the surgery then told to go to reception then pharmacy but no one looked at him to even offer to put a bandage on

Feeling tired a lot I managed to see a doctor who sanctioned a blood test then gave me statins. A month later had reacted so badly to them and completely unable to get to doctor to address the problem, I stopped taking them. What was the point of this exercise? A complete waste of resources all round.

Used to be great, now you’ve to beg to be seen by a doctor. I was asked what was wrong with me and what they wanted me to do about it. Err your the doctor! Reluctantly i got an appointment.

terrible manners of some of the staff at the practice. Overall a disappointing experience. I have relayed this information to the practice manager as well.
