Awful Needs some expert advice to take themselves and look into what care actually means . There's a hub apparently supposedly answering calls from 5 surgeries at a time your on wait for hour and 20 min with no answer and 3rd in queue. This is definitely not what NHS is about this was a bought tender by this abysmal company who obviously haven't had any clue

My experience with pc24 was really poor care they haven't got a clue the nhs used to have standards pc24 are definitely not a care system

Tried to seek help from 111 who required a nurse to call me back within 2 hours for my 7 year old daughter. 23 hours later I recieve a phone call to apologise that noone rang me would I still like a phone call. Still waiting now for the call from a nurse. Dreadful service.
