Reception staff are warm and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble, they keep the waiting room updated if an emergency has arose and waiting time may change. All staff are friendly and professional i felt very confident with the care i received.

I am pleased to hear that your experience was a good one. We always endeavor to provide a high level of quality, safe, professional, timely and compassionate care and are always pleased when patients and their families take the time to let us know how we did.
