After a horrible experience at a different health centre for the same ultrasound procedure I was nervous to get this again. But the people conducting my ultrasound scan were absolutely amazing! I told them I was nervous and they were so welcoming and calm and accomodating. Made me feel so at ease! Thank you!

I was seen quickly & treated with utmost respect & dignity. Waiting room is pleasant spacious & comfortable. Clean wash rooms & respectful sensitive treatment from all staff. Questions answered & I felt I was important as a patient.

Been referred to this msk clinic since September 2022 & had zero help with severely debilitating pain in foot .Appointments have been by telephone apart from 1 in which was not physically examined at all. Three appointments cancelled including todays when I was due to have steroid injection for pain - they cancelled it this morning by txt telling me to rebook by phone - rang number given only to be told that no staff available to rebook appointments. Rang this afternoon and told no appointments available until end of April which will then make it 7 months in chronic pain . Abysmal service!

The staff with whom I had contact were impeccably polite, helpful, well turned out and displayed a high level of professionalism in all of their dealings with me.

Review titled Zero people skills, zero compassion

I have left my first appointment at Healthshare Vincent’s Square, in tears. It’s fair to say I shall not be returning. I am still in shock at the overall bad attitude and total lack of people skills by my practitioner, who arrived late bringing with him a tidal wave of negative energy. When trying to explain why I could not wear a mask due to experiences of domestic violence, my explanation was received with a bad attitude and zero compassion. It’s hard enough explaining this to a stranger let alone to a health practitioner who does not have the slightest bit of empathy. I understand their reasoning due to their own health conditions and after being offered to see another practitioner, I already felt bullied and backed into a corner, so complied and put on a mask. I am in shock that someone working in health care can be so rude and lacking in compassion. It’s disgusting. I think that priorities need to be made for training your staff in how to approach patients with empathy and better listening skills. A little compassion goes a long way.
