   I have been a patient on upping ward 20 months now and I can definitely say that this is the best hospital I've been in out of all the ones I've been in all over the country, when I came to upping I had a diagnosis of eupd alongside bulimia nervosa, but I have always felt different and blocked treatment , but after assessments carried out by brilliant drs and psychologists I have been diagnosed with adhd than has never been picked up before in any services , so after being put on the right medication I'm finally able to concentrate on watching TV, reading small books or leaflets which I could never do before as my head was so busy I couldn't switch off , not even to sleep I found everything overwhelming which would lead to serious self-harming, I'm also going to be having an assessment for autism once I go back to my home team ,I'm just so happy that I now have a proper diagnosis so can now get the correct treatment , I am due for discharge in the next few months as I'm going into supported living so I would like to thank all the staff on upping including support workers , drs , psychologists , nurses and even domestic staff who all work really hard to make upping ward the ward it is today
