Called in for my winter flu vaccination this morning. What can I say? The nurse who attended to me (unfortunately, I'm not allowed to name them, but I hope they read this), is a consummate professional - didn't even realise she'd given me the jab! In and out within minutes of my arrival. A totally seamless service.

Had appointment for scan on a lump, booked time of work, left work early afternoon to find they changed my appointment to earlier that day in the morning and cancelled my afternoon appointment. They sent me a text now I drive for a living and didn't see the text until finishing work and by then it was to late. Utter joke of a place I understand you may need to move appointments but ask people don't just move it an assume it's all going to be okay. I now have to re arrange everything again nobody followed up with me. I can't believe how bad health care has got in this doctors.

This place needs investigating. I had a referral many months ago and was surprised that they had finally offered me an appointment (cardiology). Waited hours and nobody called. Impossible to get through via phoen after leaving numerous voice messages. Phone constantly engaged. I am deeply concerned and feel for all that try to get through to this department

Worst place, definitely needs investigating, never answer phone, when the do answer they unhelpful and rude or when you reach no1 is the queue they hang up, but when u go in they all on a chin wag
