My husband unfortunately left his box of daily catheters behind after the Easter holiday. The prescribing service were friendly understanding and more than helpful. Although they had few in stock they gave us an immediate few days supply and within 24 hours had ordered and delivered a fresh supply to our home. Thank you so much.

A urologist called me late yesterday who was rude, unprofessional and dismissed anything I had to say. I yes, noed him just to get him off the phone. His attitude was disgusting and, if I do need treatment, I would rather go private than to have to deal with this power mad person who believes he is right and the patient has no say in their treatment. If you are referred to this service, run the other way.

I am sick and tired of this organisation inaction messing u. The latest balls up in sending the wrong items I have never used and cannot use and sending only 10 to last one month. Its never ending and tried to sort this out since Tuesday. Needs closing down it's a shocking service. Mistake after mistske. Now I'm without supplies and in a mess yet again

after biopsy they wants to contact directly on phone line to book appointment in case of any abnormality, trying from last 2 day but no response. leave my contact detail and reason of calling on recording but No contact and no call back till now.

Knowledgeable, caring staff who went above and beyond to provide support and answer questions. Reception staff lovely and welcoming - would definitely recommend this service

Polite and friendly reception staff, easy to get through on the phone. The nurse was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns.
