My daughter picked me up 2 mins in a parking spot and a fine. The parking company have miss lead her saying they sent email but they didn't and said we needed to wait 28days before phoning them. When she phoned them they rejected her and gave her 1 day to contact someone else. I will never use this clinic again which is a shame because it was lovely. I can't afford to pay that amount of money. They rip people off. The clinic is suffering

Dear Ms Wallbank I am sorry that this has happened to you. Unfortunately the car park is not owned by ourselves so we do not have any control over this. You do however get 1/2 hour free parking, therefore your daughter should not have received a ticket for 2 minutes. If you could email us your details including registration number to complaints@livingcare.co.uk we can speak with the parking company on your behalf. The only circumstance we will not be able to assist is if she parked in a disabled bay without displaying a blue badge. Under all circumstances the company will not over turn this due to the nature of the space that is being used inappropriately. Sarah - Director of Patient Safety

Excellent service from the start of my journey at Living Care to the very end, the members of staff were all so kind and showed true empathy. I was extremely nervous about undergoing my colonoscopy, but every member of staff I came into contact with showed true kindness and understanding. The consultant doing the procedure also showed genuine concern for my worries and put my anxious mind at rest. I am so extremely grateful/thankful for all the care and understanding I received. If I ever have to attend another colonoscopy I will definitely be using their services “even if I have to pay”, I don’t want to go anywhere else. Thank you so much to everyone i physically came into contact with “bless you all for such a kind/first-rate service”… Many thanks.

I had a sigmoidoscopy recently and could not say how great the staff were, from reception to nurses to the consultant. I was kept informed all through my time there, was dealt with respectfully and am very pleased to have been sent there. The place itself was extremely clean and bright with good furnishings. Thank you to all the staff.
