I’m not sure if this is the right address for Frimley park hospital service but I would like to send a big thankyou to the paramedics on duty on 17/10/2022. I’d waited nearly 5hrs so was really pleased to see a paramedic turn up she was so good at calming me down as I was very anxious & in pain after a fall she took all my details & had most things ready for ambulance when they came. The paramedics on ambulance were brilliant as well. I’m a big lady so because I had a neck injury they had to put me on a scoop so had to call fire brigade to help. They were all so organised & considering they had to get me out of an awkward situation they did it with reasonable ease. A wonderful job done by all. This was all done in camberley. I’m hoping this is the right address as I’ve sent this review to many addresses including Nhs but keep get told it’s wrong one so I’m getting really confused but would like to get a compliment to them. You always hear the bad reviews but not many compliments. Yours hopefully Anne. If wrong address would you be able to send a phone no so I can contact them. Thankyou

Review titled poor comunication

twice I have been booked by the hospital for transport for appointments and both times the ambulance never turned up the first time it had been cancelled and the second time it hadn't been booked at all despite the fact that I was standing next to them when the booking was made so I failed to make the Appointment. I have a dislocated shoulder which hasn't been properly assessed for over 2 weeks now and will soon go stiff and will then need some serious physio therapy.
