can never get a appointment over subscribed practice phoned 3 times over the last week keep getting told no appointments today this system is no good to anyone before covid you could book a appointment for 2/3 days ahead now you have to phone each morning to try and get a appointment.

I signed in with reception today at 9:30 for my 9:40 appointment. At 10:05, I returned to reception to ask why I hadn’t been seen as there was no one else about. At 10:06 I get a text message informing me that I am a no show and that I should have contacted them to let them know I wasn’t attending, but I was there and had been for quite a while. I appreciate it may have been an automated message, but it shouldn’t have been sent as I was there 10 mins before my appointment. To top it off when I was finally seen, my prescription had been taken off repeat without my knowledge.
