    I found the team very friendly and helpful. I allowed 2 hours for a 1 hour drive to my appointment. Unfortunately I hit many problems on route and despite my best efforts was about to be late. I rang the team to say I was stuck in traffic. They were very helpful and supportive and managed to move me to a later slot. Big thank you guys.

    my referral was made in march and i was meant to have my scan in may. after 3 cancellations, 2 being the day before and 1 on the day i finally had it mid august. this was meant to be an urgent scan as well but nothing is urgent about a 5 month wait. it’s now been just over a week and i’m still waiting for my results. had this been done through the hospitals i would have had my results back last last week

    Booked in for a pelvic scan, received an early morning call, woke me, less than 3 hours before my appointment to say they'd booked me in with the wrong sonographer, but don't worry we have another one there just later time. Arrived full bladder, they were running 15 mins late, and turns out my appointment was rearranged to be with someone who can't do pelvic scans. They said if I was on the other (original) list, they'd see me today. But 10 mins later said can't do anything! Was apologetic and annoyed, like me, said would report to their boss. Where does that get me already had 5 week wait from referral to appointment and now it's bank holiday weekend so won't hear until Tuesday! Such a shame our NHS is failing, having to outsource services to companies with incompetent admin staff!

    Shocking service. Second cancellation without even letting me know. I had driven ten miles to the surgery and other patients had been let down by this company over 5 times!! Nhs I would seriously find someone else to do scans for you. The doctor surgery said diagnostics world cancel all the time without letting patients know and that the service is shocking. I am now going to go private.. avoid!!

    Went for an urgent ultrasound. Arrived 15 mins before appointment with a full bladder as per the instructions. A patient walked out of the scan room as i arrived and I was the only one in the waiting room. 30 mins after my appointment time, with my bladder about to burst, I asked at reception what the delay was. I could hear the practitioner chatting to the hca through the door the whole time. As soon as I enquired again they opened the door, I went straight in. The sonographer ran a quick scan, was not thorough at all and told me I could go. I wasn’t in the room for more than 3 minutes. As a health professional myself I really don’t expect this scan to show anything it was supposed to. Privatisation of nhs services is hurting the health and wealth of this country.

    I tried to call them today, was greated by a 30 min hold and being 9th in a queue, which was fine. But when i got to the front of the queue i got disconnected! I attempted to call straight back only to find myself back at no. 9...... Very unhappy

    I arrived in good time for a bladder scan having drunk a litre of water an hour previous. Chatting to another patient I discovered they had been waiting 45 minutes for a scan. 25 minutes after my appointment time the first patient came out of the scan room and the practitioner called a patient who had just arrived into the scan room. my bladder was painful by this point and I could not wait for another 20-30 minutes. More upsetting is the fact that I had taken time out and filled a cancellation slot for them. This experience shows no consideration for the patient and is bad practice on the part of Diagnostic world.
