  1. Review titled Rude

Rated 1 star out of 5

Had an appointment fairly early, the door wasn't open, it was raining and when we did get in, the nurse looked surprised to see me. My mum asked if she could come in with me (I'm 18, this us my first experience of anything like this) and I wanted some support. The nurse said that she could, but she was rude about it. The sonographa seemed cross that I hadn't drunk enough water, although I had drunk the amount suggested on the website. There is a zero tolerance of abuse notice in the waiting room and that's fair enough, but staff should also treat patients with the respect the deserve. The location of the clinic has moved, but this is not noted anywhere until you get to their old address. Luckily it's on the same business park. I would avoid using this service again.

  2. Review titled Friendly and Efficient

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I had an ultrasound at one of their locations within a GP practice in Nottinghamshire. The approach was friendly and relaxed, so I felt very much at ease during the whole process. The scan didn't take long and although issues were found, they were not serious, which meant that the woman who did the scan discussed them briefly with me, which I appreciated. Have booked an appointment with my GP to discuss things further, but just wanted to say thank you.
