My experience at this clinic was excellent. The surgeon was so caring and the staff were also caring and efficient. Thank you! I highly recommend this clinic.

Such kindness and pleasant approach by each and everyone of the staff, l was so nervous on arrival for my cateract surgery, but they put me at ease such compassion, much appreciated and so grateful for all they done for me.

Arrived for my appointment early but got seen straight away. Friendly and engaging nursing staff, surgeon and receptionist. They completely put me at my ease and made my experience very pleasant. Thank you and well done x

I went for an X-ray the other day at Colchester Primary Care Centre in Turner Road. It is a modern building and very clean. The X-ray department on the ground floor was clearly signposted where the receptionist took our details and asked us to take a seat. There were 5 or 6 people before us but they were soon seen within 20 minutes or so. When I was called there were 2 radiologists in the x-ray room, one of whom explained everything to me and set me up on the machine. Shabang! X-ray done and on my way. I could probably have skipped the parking fee because you get 30 minutes (I think!) free. So, nice place, nice people and nice experience. Would I recommend Colchester Primary Care Centre to you? Absolutely! Thank you all at Colchester Primary Care Centre!

I came for a blood test, I was the only one there. I got called through "Do you wanna come through". No name check, no good morning, Just checked my date of birth, did not check if ok with needles or which arm. No pleasantries at all. Did the test, slapped on a bit of cotton wool and tape and was shocked when I mentioned about the lack of pleasantries! Horrible experience! What does it cost to say Good morning!

Arriving for my dermatology appointment, receptionist logged me in very pleasant lady. Called for my appointment right on time. The consultant very thorough and reassuring.Issued with cream. Nurse explaining to me again what I had to do Well done NHS

On experiencing a health complaint i went on 111.nhs online they called me back within 45 mins and after i'd explained my symptoms they informed me that an out of hours GP appointment would be the appropriate cause of action i was then contacted within 1 hour and was given a time to attend the primary care centre. On arrival the receptionist was polite and helpful and i was seen by the doctor on time and was thoroughly checked over with a diagnosis and prescription being issued. A professional caring doctor both reassured me and ensured i understood the diagnosis and suitability of the medicine i was prescribed. A Superb service and all in a time frame of 5 hrs from initial enquiry on line to collecting my prescription. Magnificent.

I took my teenage son to Dermatology over a period of a good few months and received the most wonderful care. Every bit of the department was professional, kind and friendly. The course of treatment also required periodic blood tests, which were also carried out in the centre, at the Phlebotomy department. They was also superb, so easy to book and so professional and reassuring when taking blood. I wish our GP practice was this good, or just half as good.

An urgent referral from Specsavers to remove a particle attached to the surface of my working eye (the other being a lazy eye) resulted in its removal that same afternoon. The staff were all excellent and the atmosphere calming and reassuring. I felt in really safe hands and came away extremely impressed.

Had to take my husband to the primary care unit on 27th December. We had to attend the emergency eye clinic. The nurse at reception and the triage nurse( both in the eye clinic) were both friendly and welcoming (throughout our time in the unit). The doctor was excellent and the procedure was carried out and completed in no time at all. A big thank you to all 3 members of this team for the care and attention given and for their commitment on a bank holiday
