Review titled Dreadful, diabolical service

Each time I've accessed this service I've had an assessment and appointment made and told I need to be speaking with someone asap. Then each time my appointment has been cancelled by notts Talking Therapies. Leaving me having to attempt to book back in again. As someone who struggles with appointments as it is, I now won't access this service as I've been let down too many times. My GP won't do anything to help and there's no alternative places either. You claim my anxiety and depression are severe then make it worse by constantly cancelling appointments. For years I've struggled and for a good couple of years I've asked repeatedly for a mental health assessment who can actually make a diagnosis. You tell me I've built up trauma and PTSD yet fail to see that constantly letting down someone trying to get help makes us feel even more worthless than we already do? It's hard enough having no belief or trust left and Notts Talking Therapies have destroyed any hope that I'll ever get the right help and support I need and make me I'm not worth treating.

Was told on the phone I would be processed and assessed within 5 working days, only to be given a telephone appointment 3 weeks later after waiting 5 days already! Would not recommend at all within 10 mins of speaking to a different organization I've got a face to face appointment in 3 days!! Please go elsewhere as this company do not care!!!!

I’ve been waiting for so long for an appointment with you. I was referred to you guys weeks ago and I’ve had three appointments cancelled and rescheduled. I just want to get better but you’re making it impossible. I feel like I’m getting worse waiting around for the help while not receiving any and feeling vulnerable and frustrated with your service. Do you actually care about your patients?
