Extremely disappointed! I've got three different opinions by 2 different therapist. I started working with one therapist who had disappeared after our second session; I was transferred to another one promising this negligence will not happen again - I was left with no therapy for another month again and getting just 'Sorry' as an excuse. When people are working in mental health is a must to prioritise their patience. I had to exaggerate my symptoms to draw attention... Unfortunately, rather have receiving attention I was dismissed and left with inflated results that has been received by my GP. Lack of empathy and responsibility seem to be a normal practice in this clinic. If you want consistent therapies to bring yourself closer to improvement - avoid if possible.

Terrible experience for both myself and my partner. We both had worked out what we were individually experiencing and asked for specific treatments which iapt agreed to but despite this we didn't receive what we should have and both had extremely negative experiences. We had multiple very concerning red flags with the therapists themselves as well as the office and the lack of professionalism and care was very concerning. Avoid.
