   This is around the audiology service at st martins in bath Brilliant service. We loved the fact that we had a "patient journey" walkthrough before we got there as my daughter can get very anxious about hospitals due to previous experiences. The audiologist was great- really kind and helpful. The appt ran to time and the clinic was beautifully clean Thank you for taking the time to include my daughter at every step- the voice of the child is often forgotten
