I had a small lump removed. The surgery was carried out with expertise, music, chat and laughter between the lovely surgeon, the charming nurse’s and myself. Everything was fully explained before, during and after the procedure. I would thoroughly recommend using Cedar Park.

Attended for minor surgery on face. Seen immediately by very kind and reassuring surgeon who explained the procedure and then taken into theatre. Surgery took less than 10 minutes, with minimal discomfort and no pain at all afterwards. Thank you for your professional and friendly care.

I had a Inguinal hernia and from being referred to the procedure was only 4 weeks, really good did not expect that, no time to allow getting worried about the operation. From first contact everyone was professional and i was immediately reassured that all would be fine, (of course it was), The surgeon and nurses were extremely calming and in no time they had me fixed up, everything clearly explained about recovery and now one week later I feel almost fully recovered. I can’t recommend the team enough for anyone unfortunate to be in need.

This was my first surgical procedure (inguinal hernia) so I was nervous. The outside of the building didn't fill me with confidence, but the inside was clean and pleasant enough. The reception staff were very welcoming. The relaxing videos of oceans and forests in the reception were a nice touch! The surgical staff were great, especially the surgeon and lead nurse who were both very experienced, confident and efficient. I felt safe in their hands and the whole team made me feel at ease and chatted right through the procedure and made it as nice an experience as something like this could be - the music was good too! I'm into week 4 after the operation and all is well so far. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Cedar Park to anyone based on my experience.

I can't fault the service I received. The staff were lovely and my surgeon explained clearly what he was going to do, as well as talking to me throughout the procedure when appropriate. The theatre staff were lovely, and we were able to laugh. I was even given the option of my choice of music but was happy with their choice. After my surgery I was given full aftercare Instructions and advised on the best pain relief to use. My questions were also answered. I'm now recovering nicely. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cedar Park or to use them again should the need arise.

From the moment i received a phone call offereing me an appointment i felt confident that the Practice cared,information received previous to my visit was comprehensive with an invitation to phone if you had any questions. On the day of my appointment I was made to feel welcome as i stepped in the door. The Surgeon was very good as he reviewed my situation and stated what the proceedure would involve, I then was introduced to the nurse who likewise gave me confidence. Once in the theatre every step that was being taken was explained to me. The Surgeon and Nurse worked so well together, there was a feeling of peace in the room. The music in the background was soothing and soon started us chatting about all sorts and made the time go very quickly. At the end of the proceedure i was not hurried as i found my "feet" and then explained to about having a rest time before given the ok to depart, in that time i was given a cup of coffee and asked several times if i was alright. Care given right through the experience. A big thank you to all the Staff in the Clinic, for their care and for sorting out my problem. My Grandchildren will wonder where the "big lump"on the side of my head has gone.I shall tell of the care I received.

I was quite wound up about the removal of a cyst from my eyelid but the surgeon and nurse were lovely and put me at ease. Everything was explained to me, the surgeon had a very kind gentle manner and performed the surgery efficiently and with no problems. Thank you very much for the excellent care I received today.

Attended for ganglion removal from my foot. Everything was explained well and the procedure carried out quickly with no pain. A brilliant surgeon . Very friendly nurse who made me feel at ease.

On Friday 20th January 2023 I attended Cedar Park Healthcare Lincoln for an Inguinal Hernia Repair, carried out under local anaesthetic. I spent only a short time in the waiting room when I was greeted by one of the nurses. She escorted me to a room where she took my details and gave me a reassuring account of what was about to happen. Having got dressed and ready for the operation I was escorted me to the Theatre where she introduced me to my second nurse and the Surgeon who was to carry out the operation. All three put me completely at ease. At every stage the Surgeon explained what he was doing and said that I was to let him know if I was in any pain. As the operation commenced, one of the nurses started up a general conversation with me and soon after all four of us were joining in. I found that the time just flew by and it wasn’t long before it was all over. Three days later I had my wound dressing changed at my Doctor’s Surgery by a Practice Nurse. On seeing the wound she said that the Surgeon had made an excellent job and the wound was healing very well. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the staff of Cedar Park especially the Surgeon and the two nurses for their professionalism and for the high standard of care that they afforded me.

Called numerous times to try and make appointment, never seem to answer the phone. Left voicemails and not called back!
