The New Islington GP practice staff team, as a collective are always very supportive, compassionate and helpful. Any queries, and requests are dealt with very quickly with consistent updates to any process. I have never experienced a delay in being able to access any manner of support whether by using the online system, by email or telephone contact or when needing face to face contact. The collective team have always been friendly, kind and respectful towards me, and in health care appointments, all aspects of care and treatment have been fully explained to me, so that over all I feel safe and reassured that my health care needs are valued and important. New Islington are a knowledgeable and wonderful team, and as a result…I remain healthy and thankful!!

Always helpful quick to direct you to the best help possible if an appointment is made waiting time reasonably short practice nurse appointments wait time so very short
