I have attended this practice frequently in the last few months and am always grateful for its friendly and professional approach. My specific experience this week was no exception - on returning from holiday to find a message awaiting me asking for a phone consultation, I went to the practice to make the appointment and to try to understand how urgent it was. The person behind the desk was incredibly helpful in reassuring me and giving me the information I needed to make a decision, and also impressed me by listening to my concerns and going the extra mile to make sure these were relayed to the doctors. I am very grateful for her approach and support.

Happy with the service received. Not satisfied that I can only submit one request at the time, where the waiting time for an appointment, majority of the time a phone call is more than 2 weeks. After 1 year I am still waiting for my dermatology appointment. Service should be faster and I can nor believe we have to wait almost 3 weeks to see, if you are lucky in person, a doctor. Please improve the service and help your patients better and promptly

Needed some progress on my medication asked for via web 5 days ago. Talked to someone who helped arranging for my request to be handeld. Brilliant service, a few questions and issue solved. Big thanks for great service!! Edited this review as I wasn't allowed to mention anyone with name. Alltough the SMS stated to mention the person that helped out. A bit confusing. Please rectify the text template going out asking to ad any names.

I have a background of genetic heart problems and my father had a heart bypass surgery. I have asked for proper testing of my heart and I've been advised to exercise regularly which I'm doing and everyone can give this advice. I have asked for tests such as ECG and only thing I have received was a general blood test.

The doctor was very patient and meticulous to all my concerns,she gave useful advice and examined me and sent me for more test and scan which I have been asking all this while to ascertain what the problem might be.. Her service as made me change my mind set about this GP surgery from worse to best!!thank you so much doctor!

Great customer service. I love the transparency about my treatment. Everything is well explained to me. The appointments has been spot on and I'm happy.

I had an telephonic appointment and waited whole day for the call but no one called. Even called the practice to confirm my appointment and they said I'll receive a call. Still waiting for the call.

Referral done yesterday, phone call from Hospital today. Very efficient service. Can't fault the Doctors at this surgery. Had to use them so many times recently & each time they've spent time investigating & referring where necessary.
