Had a lovely practice nurse perform smear test and gave some advice on other questions. Was happy with the way she handled my appointment.

Waited 40 mins to get through only to be told dorty appointments all gone. You will have to call 111 or go walk in. I don't want to call 111 I want to be able to see my GP. Took me 2 weeks to finally get to talk my GP. GP see 25 patients each. They work 9-5 surely thry can fit in more patients than that. Why xan they not introduce afternoon appointments, for those who are holding fir ridiculous amounts of time call at 12pm to get afternoon appointments.

Dear Patient, Thank you for taking the time to relay your feedback. All feedback is important to us and the service that we provide for you. I am sorry that you had a poor experience around accessing an appointment. Unfortunately the demand for our service outweighed our capacity when you attempted to access an appointment that day which is why you were signposted to 111. We do have both morning and afternoon GP appointments available for patients. We have been improving our access model and you are now able to book a routine GP appointment up to two weeks in advance. We also have online consultation available through PATCHs and increased the additional roles available within the practice to support your health needs. I am sorry that you had a poor experience and hope that with these changes and ongoing improvements you will have a positive experience in the future. Thank you Heather Johnson Practice Manager

Can not get appointments any time you phone home over 70 calls made. To be told appointments all gone I have no option but to look for another practice. You could be dieing and they wouldn't help you

110 calls from 8am. Couldn't get through. This is day 2 of trying to get an appointment. Its getting beyond a joke. The lack of empathy with the doctors and receptionists is unbelievable. Go somewhere else!!
