    I and my husband moved to this practice in January. The staff from reception, to nurses and doctors are polite, professional and caring. We have had the highest of care since we joined and feel lucky that we picked this practice. We are both elderly with complex needs which have all been met.

    I have been with the practice 3 years since we moved to the area, staff have always been kind and helpful. My family and I have used econsults a few times and have always had a swift and appropriate response, be it and appointment/telephone call or text message. I feel they have managed the new way of working in response to the pandemic very well and I believe we have always received a high and appropriate standard of care. GPs and nursing staff I have had interactions with have always listened and helped with our problems.
