   I have been with this practice since my move the Wirral in 2014. In the ten years I’ve been a patient I have always been impressed at the level of care and professionalism provided from all practice staff. The Doctors and their team are an embodiment of the care that nhs can provide if managed well. I don’t think I have used the practice much over years, but any request for medical assistance or reassurance has been met with compassion, patience and professionalism. At the start of this year I started to notice a few new pains and also my mental health had taken a significant downturn. I made a longer appointment with a practice Doctor, they listened, made a plan, gave advice and asked what I wanted. I felt heard, cared for and was prescribed a course of treatment and relevant tests ordered. The results of the test were fed back by a doctor, they were very caring reassuring and not hurried. Between Doctors, nurses and the rest of the team at Heatherlands I have felt cared for and never been so impressed with a Gp practice. Great communications, easy to get an appointment, great service.
