Really disappointed with lack of knowledge from Gp. Thank goodness for google. Came out of consultation after diagnosing my own condition. If I wanted more information it’s another patches form to fill out and wait another month to be seen If you speak up or question anything you get told you are aggressive/mental health etc was asked to come in for a review, no bp taken, no weight just a blank , none expressional look from the doctor.

I did respond when you initially posted your feedback, however, my response was not published, and I have been informed that this was due to a technical error. We are extremely sorry to read that you felt the GP who you seen came across as having a lack of knowledge. Having privately thanked Cmc for their expertise and service over the past 58 years, I'm pleased to "go public". Unfortunately I have had to use their services many times,(sometimes I feel like a member of staff the number of times I attend) I have nothing but praise For their attention and assistance and diagnosis over the last, more than, half century. Thank you all, past and present.😀

I would just like to thank this practice, I've been with them for 37 years and I've never had a problem getting an appointment. My daughter was home from uni at Easter, rang for an emergency appointment and had one 20 mins later, then needed a review a week later and got one the next day. I always find the reception staff extremely helpful and always get sorted when I ring them- never get fobbed off. GPS are always excellent and refer if needed. Cant express my gratitude to this surgery enough especially when you hear all the bad press regarding GPS. Thank you so much for being an amazing team x highly recommend x

I’ve been with this surgery for 7+ years, and have had numerous contact with various doctors, nurses and receptionists. All very professional and approachable. I have never struggled to get an appointment or through to reception, even during the pandemic. I always received communication immediately following an e-consult. My prescription is always processed in good time. From my experiences, this surgery is very well organised, despite obvious NHS pressures. They are all probably burnt out and understaffed like the rest of the NHS, but have always made me feel like my issue was important. This makes the world of difference to a patient.

Having been a patient with this practice for over 40 years, I have always found the team of doctors and nurses always very helpful and have always been on the ball when I have consulted them with any medical issues that I have had and their referral of my case to be seen by a consultant had a good result by me having excellent medical treatment from both the surgery and at various hospitals to sort out my medical issues that I was having at the time. So hopefully I’ll get a gold watch off them when I get my 50 years service in only 8 years to go ha h ha.

I just wanted to take time out to give praise where praise is due. This GP practice, Civic medical centre has given a brilliant service to both me and family members throughout this pandemic. I keep seeing on the news and hearing from friends that they have been unable to see anyone medical face to face at their GP. I tell them that I have had no experience of that at my surgery and how lucky I have been. The back door was even opened one night so they could check my daughters chest (, covid related. ) fitting her in at late notice. Unfortunately, I have had the need to see doctors and practice nurses several times over the past couple of years. I have found them on all occasions to be supportive and extremely thorough.
