Can never get through. No appointments. No GPs reception lack training understanding and empathy advised to go pharmacy with medical issue and then told to go elsewhere e consults not responded to also told one lost and no GP to answer a further e consult

Can never get through to the Dr's. Never any appointments when you need one. Told to go elsewhere. Other Dr's are not seeing face2face appointments but this one is stuck on telephone triage. Have been into the surgery and one member of staff was stuffing her face on the desk and ignored me until she was finished. Absolutely appalling.

Terrible service. Line always engaged for hours, can't get appointments. Try e-consult and made an appointment for over a week later, then on the day they phoned to say the doctor was sick. Made another e-consult appointment and currently being ignored. I desperately need a blood test and I can't get one.
